How did you find out about Sampierana U/C Spare Parts?
Personally, I got to know Sampierana U/C Spare Parts some 20 years ago through hearsay, and after a few years I started actively collaborating with them on a working level within Nuova Ortia.
Have you been able to expand your demand over the years?
The most important spare part for our market is the rubber track. So the primary demand is on this type of spare part, but we know that, should the need arise, we can count on the availability of the experts at Sampierana U/C Spare Parts and the range of spare parts available.
In one adjective how would you define U/C Spare Parts?
Efficient.
What has kept you attached to our brand?
The human relationship built up over time with the contact persons and the quality of the products that never let us down, together with the excellent economic offer.
What would you like to improve?
At the moment I have nothing to report on this. The delivery time of the goods is excellent and the e-commerce portal is also simple and easy to use.
