For more than ten years the company has become a customer of Sampierana U/C Spare Parts for earthmoving machinery spare parts.

We interviewed Mattia, an employee of Foredil srl since 2020, who currently manages the business relationship with our colleagues.

What are the most requested spare parts for your company?

The products that we most often require are rubber tracks, in our case those of the Sampierana-branded line. We had already bought the Eurocomach excavators before we became customers for spare parts. In that first phase, an important relationship of trust and support was already created. This was the first incentive that pushed us to keep a strong link with Sampierana. From this first step we then learned about the spare parts brand. I know Alberto and Paolo, our sales representatives at Sampierana U/C Spare Parts, and they are an important point of reference.

If you had to describe Sampierana U/C Spare Parts with two adjectives?

Reliability and trustworthiness.

Do you want to tell us an episode in which you found these values?

Of course. I had ordered a replacement, but unfortunately not with the correct measurements. The assistance provided by Alberto and Paolo helped me to solve the problem, we were able to solve it in a short time and I was delivered the material in the required time.

What is one of the most beautiful aspects you found in the relationship with Sampierana U/C Spare Parts?

The ability to also build a personal relationship with the sales team. We often get a visit from Alberto and, when it doesn’t happen, we talk on the phone. Often just for a chat. Our relationship is also personal.

How did you learn about Sampierana U/C Spare Parts?

The first contact between Sampierana U/C Spare Parts and Z&P came in 2012 through one of our customers interested in purchasing a Eurocomach excavator.

As is still the case today, networking in this industry is one of the key elements in getting to know and be known.

Eurocomach, in our case, was an important conduit for meeting with Sampierana U/C Spare Parts.

A year later, in 2013, we met the team in person at the Bauma international trade fair, and from there began a partnership that continues to this day.

We are fully satisfied with the quality of the products and the effectiveness of service.

In particular, we were impressed by the relationship as much professional as human that he created with us and the path we are taking together as partners.

Do you have future plans with our team for the coming months?

Yes, our Z&P company will be involved in the coming months to learn more about Berco supplies and will have the opportunity to meet with us in person again in May.

We asked Massimo, Nuova Ortia srl’s sales representative, to tell us about the long-standing collaboration with Sampierana U/C Spare Parts.

How did you find out about Sampierana U/C Spare Parts?

Personally, I got to know Sampierana U/C Spare Parts some 20 years ago through hearsay, and after a few years I started actively collaborating with them on a working level within Nuova Ortia.

Have you been able to expand your demand over the years?

The most important spare part for our market is the rubber track. So the primary demand is on this type of spare part, but we know that, should the need arise, we can count on the availability of the experts at Sampierana U/C Spare Parts and the range of spare parts available.

What has kept you attached to our brand?

At the moment I have nothing to report on this. The delivery time of the goods is excellent and the e-commerce portal is also simple and easy to use.

The quantum leap for the small company came in the 1970s, when Pancotti’s commercial focus shifted to industrial earth-moving machines.

Over the years, thanks to the success and a large sales facility, the company’s commercial boundaries were expanded and brands were sold: Brenda, Massey, Ferguson, Padana Macchine Industriali and Lybra.

Loris, responsible for the commercial side of purchasing, told us about the meeting with Sampierana U/C Spare Parts and the commercial and human relationship that has strengthened over the years.

When did you meet Sampierana U/C Spare Parts??

About six years ago we started making contact with your company, but we had heard about it before. The meeting with the sales team immediately brought positive feedback, which was confirmed over time.

Definitely tracks and rollers. We focus on these two types mainly.

What has kept you attached to our brand? .

There were several reasons for this: the positive feedback from the sales department, which always supports us to the maximum, having the possibility, at the time of need, to have the ordered goods shipped the same day, the wide availability and above all the value for money.

Another aspect for us who sell different brands of construction machinery is the variety of material for the different excavators.

Remember an episode where the U/C Spare Parts team managed to be decisive?

We had an incident with Alberto, the U/C Spare Parts sales representative. One of our customers had urgently reported a broken track. We had to supply him with a new spare part very quickly. Alberto was very quick in guaranteeing us the new material and also the quick turnaround time to receive it.

Within a couple of days, the requested material arrived and satisfied both us and the customer.

I believe the correct word is trust. This is the value that Sampierana U/C Spare Parts represents most.

The first contact came with the meeting of one of your sales representatives, Alberto. We received his visit six years ago and since then our business relationship with U/C Spare Parts began. Operational.

What kept you tied to our brand?
The effectiveness of the service and the shipping times are the strengths that meet our needs. The relationship with the service representative is more than professional, we define it as “human” because Andrea is always available, ready to promptly resolve problems and satisfy our requests.
The service and the human component of U/ C Spare Parts are a non-obvious plus these days.
